A “deep, sticky, stinking pond” is the only way I’ve heard this described. As with Dead Leg Swamp, this is going to be difficult to run through. While down at the gym today, I figured that the only way to do any training for these obstacles is to dig out my old ankle weights and do a mile or two in those. It won’t help with the stickyness but it will give an idea of what it’s like to run when you’re shoes are weighed down.

I’m sure the smell is going to make me a big hit with the ladies too!
