I am learning a new skill; eating raw red chillis.
I have progressed from slices to being able to take a bite of a whole one.
I don’t yet know how this skill will come in handy, but I’m sure it’ll become apparent before long.

Aha, well, I’ll tell you. I started eating more chillis recently as a way of boosting my metabolism which, I felt, was suffering. Just a bit in salads and on pizzas (the lower fat, low cal tescos home cook ones) to kickstart everything. From there on in, it became a habit. And there’s a Nietzchean reason - but I’ll get onto that later.
