Weight Watch ‘05: Week 5
Half a pound. Half a frigging pound. That’s all I managed to lose this week.
Drastic measures are called for so I’ve signed up with Weight Loss Resources (again) as keeping a food and exercise diary is the only way I’ve ever been able to lose weight properly. And only 3 weeks before I go on holiday…

I’d leave the diet until after you come back from holiday. You know it makes sense. Otherwise you’ll spend the whole holiday feeling rubbish and guilty.
