Gah! I’ve just found some photos on Flickr which have depressed me. This is a pic of the Giannis D. in Egypt taken by this chap and I’m so impressed.

There’s something about using B&W film underwater which just changes everything about the picture. It’s better in some ways because you don’t have to worry about the colour filtration which leads to pics like this:

Mind you, the first pic is also taken with a Nikonos and this was taken with some cheap ass film camera I bought in Gatwick airport.

Must plan some diving trips for this year.
