		<description>How on earth do you force yourself to do the running?? I'm genuinely interested, because I've been doing a wee bit recently and find it a real struggle to motivate myself. I've never done a race before and am horrendously unfit, but I aim to run a 5k in June without dropping down to a walk and making a half-decent speed. 

When I'm actually out there, running, it's okay, and of course you feel good afterwards. But I have a real stumbling block when I look out the window and see the cold rain, and I just can't face it.

What motivates you to go and get changed, and start off?</description>
