We'd walked for the best part of 10 hours and another hour or so on Sunday and that's about the best I'm going to do before walking for at least 25 hours (admittedly with more rest stops and hot meals) a week on Saturday. Sounds like a good day out to me! My repsonse to to when people say it will be wet: I'm not made of sugar! (and to people who don't run cos it's raining: what are ya, made of sugar??!)
