Marathon Training (Week 5/14)
Definite decline this week.
I twisted my knee on a hill run on Monday so skipped Wednesday’s run. By Friday I was feeling wheezy and chesty and figured that I was next in line for whatever virus is going around so didn’t go out then or over the weekend. Still feeling subdued now but nothings coming of it so might venture out tomorrow for a make or break trot around the woods.
Weight training? What weight training?
