(I'm not overly keen on unlockable features - another console tradition that artificially prolongs the life of a game!) Don't get me wrong - the RS games are fun and play well but like you say - its horses for courses. I prefer the extra challenge and feeling of a sim-type game over the straight-forward shooter nature of something like the RS games. You may not be micro-managing a ship that's about to fall apart, but it's still brilliant. You can play through the entire game in the MF too. Anyway, horses for courses.
